Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Within 48 hours, cancellations are handled case by case by the front desk.
Card payments hold the room for 30 minutes while you complete checkout. Mobile Money transfers hold it for 8 hours so the front desk can confirm your payment. After that the room is released automatically.
